With deep sorrow did I accept the news about the accident at the plant “Stirol” in Horlivka that affected people due to the release of ammonia.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on my own behalf, I express sincere words of support to the near and dear ones of the deceased, Donetsk Oblast Council, and I wish the quickest possible recovery to the injured.
